All sales are final. That said, I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so please read the description, including measurements, carefully before purchasing. All pieces are handmade, and minor imperfections and slight variations between duplicate pieces should be expected. I try to capture any imperfections in the photographs I post, but feel free to reach out to me with any questions before you purchase.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, I will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact me, and we can discuss how to proceed.
I will ship items within seven days after your purchase. I ship via USPS or UPS, and orders should arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped.
I can only ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses at this time.
